They are a victory in sausage form and love to be eaten in toad-in-the-hole, casseroles and good old-fashioned mash.
Just fry them up in a pan with a tablespoon of oil for 8-10 minutes turning regularly (just like regular sausages). Once they are gloriously golden brown… dish ‘em up. Or if frying them doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can pop them into a pre-heated oven on 190oC/375oF/Gas Mark 5 for 15-18 turning occasionally until golden brown.

The main ingredients in our products is expertly seasoned soya and wheat protein. Soya beans are known for being low in saturated fat and high in protein. These proteins are hydrated, mixed and formed to make our epic meat-free range.
