Korean Burgers
A meat-free perfect summer-time treat!

Ingredients
2 Brioche buns
110 g Pak choi
Kimchi Slaw
1 tsp Rice vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Sage
½ tbsp Korean pepper paste (gochujang)
¼ White cabbage shredded
1 Carrot (grated)
2 Spring onions
½ Red pepper (finely diced)
3 tsp Sesame seeds
Gochujang sauce
Gochujang paste mixed with enough hot water to make consistency of ketchup.
Method

Mix first four slaw ingredients together in a bowl, then toss all the veg in them and finally mix in sesame seeds.

Toast brioche bun and cook burger as per packet instructions.

Assemble burger with the slaw at the bottom, and a small dollop of gochujang sauce dolloped on the burger. Top with a few shreds of pak choi.
